For Consumers in California - Prop 65 Warning
Proposition 65 or officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Prop 65 requires California to publish a list of substances known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. The list is updated at least once per year and has grown to include more than 800 substances since Prop 65 was first introduced in 1987. California law requires companies that use one of the listed substances during the creation of their products to put a Prop 65 warning label. Sky Wellness products may contain one of the substances noted in the Prop 65 list.
